At QFIS, private investigation services are provided by a licensed private detective with 26 years of experience as an officer of the Massachusetts State Police. Tom McGilvray is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and served as the Commandant of the State Police Academy before retiring as the Major of the Division of Standards, where he commanded the State Police Internal Affairs, Narcotics Inspection, and Harassment Investigation Units. He has extensive knowledge and experience conducting internal workplace investigations of cases involving citizen complaints, harassment, employee misconduct, and contraband integrity.
