Be proactive in dealing with matters concerning sexual harassment and discrimination. The best way for a company to decrease its liability regarding these highly litigious issues while increasing employee knowledge and accountability is to have an effective policy supported by training.  Representatives from QFIS are available to meet with administrators to discuss their needs and craft a plan to ensure that the company/agency remains focused on their mission rather than having to deal with volatile issues concerning sexual harassment and discrimination.     

Sexual Harassment Training

Matters regarding sexual harassment and discrimination can have a crippling affect on a company or agency.  The results of these types of cases may include financial liability and loss of employee morale and productivity.  The principal investigator for QFIS has investigated over 50 cases regarding sexual harassment and/or discrimination and has testified in district, superior and federal courts as well as before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Massachusetts Civil Service Board.  QFIS has authored policies regarding sexual harassment and discrimination and has provided training to over one thousand employees.  QFIS instructors are dynamic and they convey confidence as they share real-life cases that serve as examples of what to do and what not to do.  In the event that a company has an issue regarding sexual harassment or discrimination, QFIS has the experience to conduct an investigation that is thorough and discreet.
